The Alumni Association was organized November 5, 1996 in the Glynn Academy auditorium, Brunswick, Georgia. With the support from the Glynn County School Superintendent Dr. David C. Mosley and Glynn’s Principal at that time, Joseph Barrow, a group of about 100 alumni and faculty elected officers and started, what many called, “a long overdue organization”. Today, we have well over 1300 alumni who have requested our newsletter to keep in touch with the progress of their alma mater.
This is YOUR Newsletter. Please send articles or news that you would like to have printed – including promotions, births, deaths, moves, sons and daughters in the Armed Forces, milestones reached, sports accomplishments, literary awards or general information to Cathy_Carter@hotmail.com
